Read each deal's summary and apply AI changes with Undo
Gambit is a CRM that runs inside Jira Cloud. It summarises accounts and deals, drafts replies and proposes next steps, and a person decides. Its AI doesn't change a record on its own. Accept a proposal from the Inbox, and Undo it if you change your mind. It reads only what the person asking can open.
Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.
Summaries, next steps, drafts and AI proposals need a paid plan or a trial.
Riley Morgan sees where the $735k Sandals deal stands
Riley Morgan, an account executive, opens the $735k Sandals deal, closing Dec 11. It carries an AI summary and up to three next steps. One reads "Relaunch results from South Coast (reopens 18 Nov) go to the CFO before the December decision."
Each step names an owner, "us" or "them", and the email it came from. The deal's Health score lists its three biggest factors as reasons. On paid plans, the AI writes them as plain sentences.
Email reaches the deal through Gambit Mail Sync, a separate app with its own price. How Mail Sync files email

Draft a reply from the thread, then send it yourself
On a record or an email thread, request a draft reply. Gambit reads the thread, the attachments you can open, your open deals and next steps, and writes a reply you can edit. Add "propose Tuesday" or "shorter", and draft it again. Send it from your own mailbox. Gambit doesn't send email for you.
Accept a proposal from the Inbox, and Undo it
When an email says "we'll sign on the 20th", Gambit proposes the update to the deal owner. The proposal quotes the email. You apply a proposal yourself when you can edit the fields it touches. When someone else approves, Gambit creates a Jira Approval request for them.
After a proposal applies, "Applied · Undo" shows for 10 seconds. The activity history keeps Undo on that entry while the fields still hold the applied values.
Show sources lists the records behind each AI result
Show sources on each AI result lists the records and emails it used. The person who asked can also see the full prompt and output. If a source is withheld, the full prompt is hidden.
For your Jira admin
Each AI result uses only the records the person who asked can open in Jira. On a paid edition, an admin can turn on a second approver for AI changes in Settings › AI.
Gambit's AI is included in your subscription, with fair-use limits. Each person can run up to 25 Ask analyses a day, within a monthly fair-use limit for each person; questions that fit a report don't count. Summaries and other automatic AI draw on their own monthly pool. Your admins set how many analyses each person can run a day, and can give a person more. Reports, search and everything else keep working.
Questions and answers
Does the AI change records by itself?
No. Gambit's AI proposes changes, and a person accepts each one. When you can edit the fields a proposal touches, you apply it yourself. Otherwise the approver gets a Jira Approval request. After a change applies, Undo shows for 10 seconds. The activity history keeps Undo while the fields hold the applied values.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Gambit's AI reads only what the person asking can open. Customer data isn't used to train or tune a model. The AI runs on models hosted by Atlassian, and requests go to no other model provider. Prompts, sources and outputs stay in your own site's storage for 30 days, then are deleted.
