Your engineers see the customers a bug affects and what they pay

Gambit is a CRM that runs inside Jira Cloud. Each bug or epic linked to a customer names the accounts it affects, with ARR, health and renewal date. Add the panel to the software spaces you choose. Your engineers plan by what paying customers are waiting for.

Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.

Camila Reyes's fix for the Events pickup import is in QA and ships in Venues 26.11 on Nov 17, a week before the promise to Highgate is due on Nov 24.

Your engineers see Highgate's renewal on the bug Camila Reyes is fixing

The customer panel on E-VEN-001, the bug Camila Reyes is fixing, names Highgate: an Enterprise customer paying $2.0M a year. Highgate's $2.12M renewal deal closes Jan 31, 2027, and its health is 90. Camila is an engineer on Davis Venues, and the bug stops group pickup flowing into Events.

Product leads filter Jira work by the revenue at stake

Each software work item with linked customers gets a Revenue impact field. It holds the ARR at stake, open pipeline, revenue at risk, the top tier and the nearest renewal. Search and filter on it in JQL, and save the search as a filter.

Put Gambit reports on your Jira dashboards. Each person sees the results their own Jira permissions allow, so one shared dashboard works for your company. Revenue impact stays current on its own.

After a big change, such as an import, Revenue impact refills about 120 work items a day on paid plans and never holds back a change's first 100. While it refills, the panel says "Updating" and totals built from it say "Still filling".

Account owners get support requests on the right account

A support request lands on the right account when the requester's email matches a contact or the account's domain. Link a bug to a customer's request and the bug picks up that customer.

Each link says why, such as "Linked to Acme: reporter is jane@acme.com".

Gambit uses requesters' email addresses to match support requests to your customers. Settings › Linking keeps Gambit out of spaces you name.

Questions and answers

Which Jira work items show the customer panel?

The panel shows on bugs, epics and other software work items in the spaces where you add it. Each one lists its linked accounts with tier, ARR, health, open deals and renewal date. A work item can link up to 100 accounts; people who can't open one still see its name.

How does Gambit link support requests to customers?

Gambit matches the requester's email to a contact or an account's domain. It also links by Jira Service Management organization once you map organizations to accounts in the setup wizard. Each link says why, and you can change a wrong one. Requests Gambit can't place go to the Inbox under Unlinked requests.
