Run your pipeline on a board or a grid inside Jira

See your deals by stage on a board or in a grid, inside your Jira Cloud site. Gambit is a CRM that runs inside Jira Cloud. Drag a deal to move its stage, or edit amounts, dates and owners in the grid. Each change is written to the deal's Jira work item, under the permissions your site already has.

Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.

Find the deal you need in a view you saved

Save the filters and columns you use as a view, and open it again from Pipeline. In the Davis Hospitality sample data, the chief revenue officer opens Pipeline. She finds Omni's $1.56M deal in Negotiation, closing Dec 16. Press ⌘K on a Mac, or Alt+K on Windows, to jump to a record, area or command.

Keep a deal private, and totals say what they leave out

Make a deal private to the people you choose. Each total in the workspace counts each record that belongs in it, or says in words what it leaves out. In the Davis Hospitality sample data, a rep asks for open pipeline this quarter. The answer reads $11.6M from 26 deals and says "Excludes 4 deals you can't open".

On Jira Free, everyone on the site sees every record; private deals need Jira Standard or above.

Forecast from history recorded since the day you install

From the day you install, Gambit records changes to deal amounts, dates, probability, owner and forecast category. It also saves a daily snapshot of open deals. Deals carry a Forecast category: Commit, Best case, Pipeline or Omitted. A rep sets it as their own forecast call. Left empty, it comes from the stage's probability and the thresholds your pipeline sets. In the SaaS and Professional services packs, 70% or more is Commit and 40% or more is Best case. Pipeline, ARR and win rate are computed the same way each time.

Questions and answers

What happens when someone adds a stage in Jira?

The new stage shows on the pipeline board as an open column marked "Needs setup". A Gambit admin then says what kind of stage it is, in one question from the admin bell. From then on, the stage counts in each board and total.

Can I export my pipeline from Gambit?

Yes. From Settings › Export, export the records you can see as CSV files or an Excel workbook. Each deal is also a Jira work item. It shows in Jira search, on Jira dashboards and in the Jira mobile app. If you uninstall Gambit, your deals stay in Jira.
