Industry packs set up your CRM for the way you sell
Gambit is a CRM that runs inside Jira Cloud. An industry pack adds the work types, fields, pipelines, views, dashboards and rules one industry needs, in one step. Two packs are available, SaaS and Professional services. You see each Jira change before a pack installs, and you can remove it cleanly later. Packs cost nothing extra, on Jira Free too.
Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.
One pack install adds work types, fields and dashboards
One install adds:
- work types and workflows, such as Quotes and SOWs;
- native Jira fields you can search, filter and report on;
- pipelines with stages and win probabilities;
- views and dashboards for your managers;
- metrics for Ask and Reports, defined once;
- health signals tuned to your industry;
- rules that fill in fields, remind owners before dates slip and propose next steps for a person to approve;
- AI prompts that write summaries, health reasons and drafts in your industry’s terms.
See each Jira change before the pack writes it
Gambit admins install packs from Settings › Packs or in the setup wizard. Creating the pack’s Jira fields and workflows also needs a Jira admin.
Gambit reads your site and marks each part of the pack as new, reused or a conflict.
You see the exact Jira objects the pack will create or change, counted, with reused items and conflicts named. Nothing is written yet.
When you apply, Gambit writes the configuration from your browser in a safe order. If you close the tab, it picks up where it stopped. Running it again changes nothing.
Remove a pack and its data stays readable in Jira
Remove turns off the pack’s rules, prompts and metrics and hides its tabs. Its fields, work types and values stay in Jira, readable in JQL, filters and dashboards. Gambit deletes no work item and removes no field or status you already had. Uninstall Gambit and the pack’s fields, workflows and dashboards stay in Jira with their values; a reinstall picks the pack back up without duplicates.
Try a pack on fictional companies first
Each pack comes with an optional demo dataset of fictional companies and people. Remove the demo records when your own data arrives.

Questions and answers
Which industry packs can I install in Gambit?
Two packs are available, SaaS and Professional services. SaaS is for software companies that sell subscriptions. Professional services is for consultancies and agencies that sell people’s time. Each adds work types, fields, pipelines, views, dashboards and rules for its industry. Install one or both, on Jira Free too.
Can I remove an industry pack later?
Yes. Remove turns off the pack’s rules, prompts, health signals, pipelines and metrics. Its fields, work types and values stay in Jira for JQL, filters and dashboards. An optional clean-up removes only pack configuration nobody used. Removed fields go to Jira’s trash, where you can restore them.
Do industry packs cost extra?
No. Industry packs come with Gambit on each plan, with the same work types, fields, views and rules.
Free on Standard for sites of 1–10 users: the whole CRM, industry packs and Ask, with about 60 to 100 Ask analyses a month; background capture, summaries and drafts need a paid plan.
