Claire Avery's promise to Highgate is a Commitment work item on the $2.12M renewal deal, linked to Camila Reyes's fix. Callum Goncalves, Highgate's Chief Operating Officer, wrote, "We can sign the renewal once pickup flows into Events again and stays there for a full week." Claire promised the pickup sync fixed at all six hotels by Nov 24.
The email reaches Gambit through Mail Sync, which brings customer email onto the right account and deal with no BCC.

Deal owners hear about it when the work slips
If the epic's date slips past the promise, the Commitment turns At risk and the deal owner hears about it. Highgate's Commitment shows On track, due Nov 24.
With Shipped for you, each account owner who asked gets a drafted customer note to approve when the release ships. The promise is then marked Kept.
Delivery teams get the epic in one click on a won deal
When a deal is won, Gambit offers the handoff, and Start delivery creates the delivery epic. It runs at once if you can edit each space and record involved. Anyone who can't proposes the handoff instead, as an approval request. The epic lands in your delivery space, or a new space, with its first work items. The account, contacts and roles, and the SOW, quote and order files carry over. A handoff brief comment on the epic lists scope, commitments, stakeholders, risks and open questions.
Undo removes what the handoff created, for 7 days.
