Sales teams see the Jira work their deals depend on

Gambit gives sales teams a CRM inside Jira Cloud, where each deal is a Jira work item. A rep sees each deal on its account's Work tab, beside the Jira work it depends on. On a bug linked to the account, engineers see its open deals in the customer panel. Home lists a rep's follow-ups due today or overdue.

Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.

Sales opens Omni's deal with six emails already on it

At 10:15 in the Davis sample day, Claire Avery, who runs sales, opens Omni Hotels & Resorts' $1.56M deal. Mail Sync has already filed the six order-form emails on it. Gambit Mail Sync is a second Marketplace app that reads customer email from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Each thread lands on the right account and deal with its attachments, and nobody has to BCC the CRM.

Atlassian bills Mail Sync separately, from $0.25 per user a month on sites of 11 users or more. Priced on every user of your Jira site.

Mail Sync requires an active Gambit subscription.

Capture needs a paid Gambit plan.

Microsoft 365 users connect their own mailbox wherever their IT allows it, or IT connects everyone; Google Workspace capture is connected by the IT admin; capture is labelled beta; personal Gmail opens after Google's review, with a waitlist.

A rep checks the fix before the customer call

Before a customer call, a rep opens the account's Work tab. It lays the account's deals and its engineering work in Jira on one time line. In the engineering lane, the rep sees where a fix stands. Then the rep drags the deal to its next stage on the Pipeline board.

Claire starts the day with three overdue follow-ups

Claire runs sales and carries her own deals, so she starts the day on Home too. On the Davis day, Claire's Today card holds three follow-ups past due, for Omni, Highgate and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. On paid plans, Gambit drafts a rep's follow-ups and proposes next steps for each deal.

Questions and answers

Can reps work in Gambit without leaving Jira?

Yes, Gambit runs inside Jira Cloud, and its deals, accounts and contacts are Jira work items. Reps open the workspace from Jira, move deals on the Pipeline board and find them in Jira search under the site's permissions. Each move is saved on the deal's Jira work item.

What does a sales rep see first each morning?

A rep starts on Home, the first page of the workspace. The Today card lists the rep's follow-ups due today or overdue. Slipped deals shows the rep's deals whose close date passed or moved this week. The Inbox card holds the rep's approval requests and other items to act on.
