Gambit or HubSpot, for a team that works in Jira
Pick Gambit over HubSpot if your reps already work in Jira beside support and engineering. Gambit is a CRM that runs inside Jira Cloud. Deals, accounts and contacts are Jira work items. Health scores come from the support and engineering work in your site. Import from HubSpot with its email history and a dry run first.
Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users.
Priced on every user of your Jira site.
Reps get customer email on the deal with no BCC
Gambit Mail Sync puts customer email on the account and deal it belongs to, with no BCC. It connects to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with read-only access, so it can't send, change or delete mail. A thread someone on your team starts with a new contact is captured from their own sent copy.
Capture needs a paid Gambit plan.
Microsoft 365 users connect their own mailbox wherever their IT allows it, or IT connects everyone; Google Workspace capture is connected by the IT admin; capture is labelled beta; personal Gmail opens after Google's review, with a waitlist.
Mail Sync is a separate Marketplace app at $0.25 per user a month for 11 to 100 users.
Priced on every user of your Jira site.
Account managers see health built from Jira work
Each account's health score runs from 0 to 100 and comes from work your teams already do in Jira. It counts SLA breaches, support volume, open bugs and days since the last conversation. On paid plans, each score comes with a reason written by AI.
Take these seven checks into both demos
| Check | Gambit | Ask the HubSpot team to show you |
|---|---|---|
| Account health | A score from 0 to 100, built from SLA breaches, support volume and open bugs in Jira. | An account's health after a week of SLA breaches and open bugs in Jira. |
| Moving your records | HubSpot exports or a spreadsheet, with email history, owner matching and Undo for 14 days. | A full export of deals, contacts and email, and the format it comes in. |
| Engineering work | On a P1 bug, engineers see each affected customer's ARR and renewals. | A customer's renewal date on a P1 bug in Jira. |
| Deal access | Private deals for the people a rep picks, on Jira Standard and above, inside your Jira permissions. | A deal marked private, and what a manager without access gets on opening it. |
| Reports | Ask in plain words for a chart. A saved report refreshes for each viewer under their own permissions. | A saved dashboard chart, viewed by a rep and then by their manager. |
| AI | On paid plans, AI proposes next steps a person accepts, with Undo, and drafts replies a person sends. | Where the AI's suggestions appear, and how a person undoes one. |
| Price | Free on Jira sites of up to 10 users. Priced on every user of your Jira site. Standard is $2.50 per user a month for 11 to 100 users. Mail Sync is billed separately, $0.25 per user a month at that size. | The price per user at your team size, with email capture included. |
Admins move HubSpot records and email history with a dry run
Only members of Gambit's admin group can import, from Settings › Import. Load your HubSpot exports or a spreadsheet, and the records come across with their email history. The dry run flags duplicates before anything is written. HubSpot owners are matched to Jira users by email, then by name. You can pause a large import and resume it, then read the report when it ends. You can undo the import for 14 days.
The counts shown are sample data.
For your Jira admin
On Jira Free, everyone on the site sees every record; private deals need Jira Standard or above.
Mail Sync requires an active Gambit subscription.
Gambit's AI is included in your subscription, with fair-use limits. Each person can run up to 25 Ask analyses a day, within a monthly fair-use limit for each person; questions that fit a report don't count. Summaries and other automatic AI draw on their own monthly pool. Your admins set how many analyses each person can run a day, and can give a person more. Reports, search and everything else keep working.
